Kevin Keillor has over 20 years of experience in a business and real estate practice, including business formation and advice, mergers and acquisitions, real estate development, leasing and sales, low-income housing tax credit transactions, commercial real estate lending, property tax appeals, software and technology licensing, cell site leasing, and wireless telecommunications law. Kevin began his practice in a large multi-state law firm in San Francisco, California and continued private practice with firms in Portland, Oregon and Bend, Oregon. From 2001 through mid 2008, Kevin was General Counsel for Edge Wireless, a regional wireless telecommunications carrier headquartered in Bend, Oregon.
